Absolutely! Once you have finished, ask one of our cast members who can box up your leftovers in a to-go box. We will be surprised if the pizza makes it home without any more nibbles!
Every pizza is cut by hand into individual servings while the pie is still hot. We cut the pizzas right out of the oven, when the cheese is still at melting temperature. Sometimes the toppings shift around a bit as we cut with our pizza rocker. Every pizza is cut with love by our "sauce bosses," but every pizza cuts a little differently. No "cookie cutters" in our kitchen! Each pizza is hand-crafted by our sauce bosses and made-to-order.
Besides sourcing our tomatoes from 100 percent vine ripened tomatoes, we perfectly season our sauce with spices and herbs like oregano, basil, garlic black pepper and onions.
Simply put, making dough from scratch with traditional methods makes for a more flavorful and authentic pizza crust. We believe in using the tried and true methods of artisan baking for our pizza.
Our servers are very careful to ensure they do not throw away any pizza before the guests are finished. Once we have confirmed guests have left, our servers clear away tables and dispose of pizza leftovers straight into our "Thank You" boxes (what others call a trash bin.)

No one under 18 is admitted to Chuck E. Cheese's without a parent or adult, since all minors have to enter and leave the establishment with an adult who has the same stamp for security purposes.

Thats right! At Chuck E. Cheeses we have the perfect birthday cake for you. We offer chocolate or vanilla cakes available in two sizes. The 8" round cake serves approximately 12 guests and the 1/4 sheet-size cake serves approximately 18-20 guests.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause but the party times are set schedules and cannot be altered. The time(s) option(s) provided are the only times available on the day you selected. The good news is that you are more than welcome to arrive earlier at the day of your party and let the children play before your event starts. However, your table and host/hostess will only be prepared for you at the scheduled time of your reservation. If you need a later time, you could also check the availability of a different location or date.
Once you book your party online, the restaurant will be notified to issue your free play points on the day of the party.

Upon booking a birthday party, our 8-child minimum policy will be in effect for all parties. Changes to the reservation must be made prior to the day of the reserved party to avoid penalty. Our policy allows for per-child fees to be waived for up to 2 no-shows on the day of your party. Any additional children not in attendance will be subject to per child cost for any changes made on the day of your party.
The only payment we accept prior to the date of the reserved party is the deposit.
Once the deposit is made it is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your reservation the deposit can be used towards a new reservation within one (1) year of the reserved date of the party that was cancelled.
Sorry but because of high demand for our reserved parties, we must receive the deposit from you timely or the reservation will be cancelled.
Yes, once the total deposit is paid, the non-refundable $50 will be applied toward your total bill at the end of the party. Your reservation may be cancelled and/or rescheduled at any time. If you need to cancel, your reservation the non-refundable deposit can be used towards a new reservation within one (1) year of the reserved date of the party that was cancelled.
We require a non-refundable JD50 deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied towards your party total on the day of the party.
